There is no school tomorrow, Monday, Feb. 1st, for students. It's a teacher workday. We hope everyone gets some rest and relaxation tomorrow and we look forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday, Feb. 2nd. It's also National Counselor Week, and students are encouraged to participate in the daily activities posted below.

National School Counselor Week February 2 - 5, 2021 As your child's school counselor, I support their social, emotional, academic, and career development. In recognition of National School Counselor Week, I would like to invite the students to participate in the following daily activities: |
Treat Our Sweet Staff for Valentine's Day! For a Valentine's staff treat this year, we are inviting each staff member to choose their desired snack from a local establishment that will then be delivered to the school the week of Valentine's. But, we need your help! We'd love to make these snacks a personal gift of thanks and love from each of our families and students. So, for $5 you can Sponsor-a-Snack! Your $5 will help purchase this yummy treat for the staff member and you will get to specifically select which staff member you would like to sponsor and include a personalized note of love, thanks, and appreciation! This would be a great way to show some love to your secret buddy, past and present teachers, and all the staff members that keep RHE the amazing place it is for our kids. Please note, that once a staff member has been selected, their name will be removed from the list. So, if you don't see the staff member you originally had in mind available, you get to choose another amazing person to sponsor!

Attention Future Monnig Mustangs! Future Monnig Middle School Mustangs! Middle School is right around the corner and we would like for you to start thinking about what elective classes you would like to take next year.
All 6th-grade students take Math, Science, Social Studies, English Language Arts, and Moving to Wellness. These classes make up five of the seven periods we have in our school day. This means you get to choose two electives. So, watch the video with your parents and start thinking about your future!
