We are so excited to kickoff Walkathon 2021!

What is Walkathon? It is an opportunity to build community and raise money for our school. We want every family to participate, and there are many options to do this. The Walkathon will take place on Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, at 8:00 am, and we want YOU to be there. Families are welcome and encouraged to join as the entire school takes a 1-mile walk around the neighborhood.

Walkathon packets will be going home with students this week - be on the lookout for them!

We believe Tuesday’s announcement regarding masks for students, employees, and visitors to our campuses was the right thing to do.  

However, we will certainly honor today’s court order blocking the mask requirement.  

Nevertheless, FWISD strongly recommends that all students, parents, employees and visitors, please, consider the importance of wearing a face mask while we are still in the midst of the pandemic and COVID cases remain high.

Please feel free to purchase these items as you can. You may send them with your child in the morning or during pickup in the afternoon! Please reach out to your child's teacher for questions about supplies.

Hi Parents! I am so excited to be coordinating this year's RHE Secret Buddies! This is such a great way for us to spoil our amazing Mustang staff throughout the year! Below I have listed some additional information on how this program works, if you have any questions, please feel free to send me an email at sarascott812@gmail.com. 

What are the RHE Secret Buddies?

- Any mustang family who would like to participate will be assigned a Ridglea Hills Employee to leave little treats and surprises for throughout the year to show them how much we appreciate them!

What types of treats or gifts?

- Whatever you want! I am collecting “About Me” sheets from the Staff Members that will list their favorite snacks and drinks etc but feel free to get creative! 

When do I have to provide my gifts?

- Whenever you like! You can drop your tokens of appreciation once a month, on holidays, or randomly throughout the year as a “just because” surprise.

Ready to sign up? There are a ton of teachers and staff members still up for grabs, just send me an email if you would like to participate.

If you have any special buddy requests let me know but it is first come first serve!

Mustang Muscle is at it again! Thanks to our dads for getting together today and adding a shaded area for our PreK-1st Grade students during carpool. We appreciate you all!

Due to FWISD regulations on events in our school building, we cannot hold our annual uniform clothing distribution for RHE families in need. We have a large amount of clothing available, thanks to your generosity last spring, so please direct families to the amazing Ms. Tracie Harris (guidance counselor) for any uniform needs!
