The Walkathon Sponsorship deadline has been extended to Tuesday, 9/21 at 11:59 p.m. Get those forms in! You may pay by Venmo, check, or the link below to Membership Toolkit. 

Every student will receive a FREE Walkathon shirt, but for all parents, grandparents, and volunteers, you may purchase shirts online via Membership Toolkit! If you do not have a login, please set one up in order to assure your child goes home with the correct purchased shirts. Click below to order! 

What is Walkathon? It is an opportunity to build community and raise money for our school. We want every family to participate, and there are many options to do this. The Walkathon will take place on Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, at 8:00 am, and we want YOU to be there. Families are welcome and encouraged to join as the entire school takes a 1-mile walk around the neighborhood.

These are a few ways you can donate your time and/or resources in order to help make this year’s Walkathon a success.

For the month of September, each week we will be having a special Walkathon Spirit Shop AFTER school on Tuesdays from 2:45 - 3:30 pm and BEFORE school on Wednesdays from 7:20 - 8:00 am.  We will be set up at different locations around the front of the school where kids are picked up and dropped off. Not only will your kids be able to purchase some pretty awesome goodies,  snacks, and popsicles; but this is where you will buy your bracelet that will allow your child to have FREE DRESS on WEDNESDAYS.  

Some of the items that will be for sale include the popular “pop it” keychains, RHE gear, an assortment of friendship bracelets, headbands, flashlight keychains, sport keychains, and stickers.  We will also be selling popsicles after school on Tuesdays.  Everything will be between $1 - $5.

BUT, in order to make this a success we need you to help us with two things….

AND

 2) COME VISIT THE SPIRIT SHOP (or send your kids with some money). This is a great way for ALL of us to support the school that pours so much into our children and be able to make it better and better!

All Arlington Heights Pyramid (ES-HS) families are invited to our 2021 #FWISDBond Information Session at the Arlington Heights Auditorium. Voting takes place Tuesday, November 2, 2021, and will not result in a property tax rate increase.

Monnig Middle School would like to invite all Ridglea Hills families to the inaugural Clash of Camp Bowie football game against Stripling on October 12th at Farrington Field.  We will have a tailgate with hotdogs and lawn games.  See you at the game! 

Ridglea Hills has earned the Texas PTA Head Start award for reaching 75% of last year's membership in August! 

We only need a few more members to earn the Early Bird Award for September! I know we can do it! If you haven’t joined, please join and help our school reach our goal!

Yearbooks from the 2020-2021 school year are on the way! Parents will be contacted as soon as they are ready to be picked up. 

As a reminder during carpool, please do not park and leave your car unattended in the carpool line on Cumberland and Angus to walk up to the school to pick up/ drop off your child. This creates a huge backup. Please park on the surrounding streets if you are walking up to drop off/ pickup. If you have any questions, please message or email PTA President, Megan Powers. September Breakfast & Lunch Menus 

Reminder: School breakfast and lunches will be free to all RHE students again this year!

There will be no visitors or volunteers allowed inside the building for the first 6 weeks of school. Thanks for your understanding!

On fourteen Saturdays (9-11-21 through 5-7-22) teachers and campus leaders will provide 1st-3rd graders with rigorous and engaging instruction in literacy and math/science. Additionally, students will participate in enrichment activities in art, music, and physical education and learn about the District’s mobile STEM units.  Please copy the links below to register.  The first one is English and the 2nd link is in Spanish.
