We are SO happy that Carnival, one of our most exciting events at RHE, will take place on Friday, October 29 from 6 pm-9 pm.
This is NOT an event you want to miss! It is not a fundraiser, but it relies heavily on volunteers. Please watch backpacks for more detailed information in the coming weeks.
Carnival Overview:
Room parents will be reaching out for volunteers to work booths the night of Carnival. Cakewalk is always a huge hit. It relies on edible donations and drop-off times will be posted for that. Third grade is always in charge of the Haunted House. Room moms will have info and be in touch soon for help with HH. Student Volunteers- I’ve had people reach out already for MS students needing volunteer hours. Anyone needing hours please contact me and I will compile a list and send out a sign-up. Tickets will be sold the week of in-person and online, and as well as at the entrance the night of the event. Activities and purchases are all 1-4 tickets and tickets are $.50 each.
No need to worry about dinner that evening! Fifth grade has you covered with concessions. Please plan on supporting their fundraising efforts so they can have Amazing field trips.
