Get your meal and raffle tickets now! The last day to return the physical order form for tickets (sent home with students earlier) is this Wednesday, 2/23. The last chance to secure tickets online is Thursday, 2/23 @ 5pm. This includes all meal tickets and pre-purchased raffle tickets. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event.

*Proceeds from the meal tickets, money collected from raffle ticket sales, and Kid Party slots will go directly back to support RHE through PTA programming. So, THANK YOU ahead of time for supporting our school! 

Meals: $5 each - Either a hot dog or pizza, both options include chips & bottled water. 

Raffle Tickets: $.50 each - Enter to win one of our AMAZING themed baskets collected by our homeroom classes! We'll have drawings for a few grand grand prizes, too! Winners will be drawn Friday evening at the end of the event. There will also be additional uses for raffle tickets this year. You may want to purchase a few extra! We'll have face painting, balloon animals, a prize wall, plus a chance for kiddos to enter to win an AMAZON FIRE TABLET by using a ticket to cast their vote for the Hot Dog Eating Contest winner!

Timeless-Fine Arts Day 2023

Friday, March 3!!

Fine Arts Day 2023 is Timeless! We are SO excited to be able to continue the tradition of a full day of fun engaging activities for our students to enjoy while showcasing and engaging in the arts. This year we will be celebrate the timeless nature of the Fine Arts. This is a can’t miss event and it is not possible without your support!! Thank you to all of the artists and volunteers that take the time to come have fun with our kids while experiencing the arts. 

Lunch Volunteers still needed! We provide you lunch, and you stay in the classrooms with the students while the teachers eat. You also take them to recess or tour the outdoor decorations, weather permitting. You are needed from approximately 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This is a great way to see what we do without having to make a full-day commitment! Only pre-registered volunteers with a completed background check will be allowed in the building after 8 a.m. on the day of the event. Parents, visitors, and younger/older siblings will NOT be allowed to shadow or stop in to see their students on the day of the event. ALL students will need a sack lunch on FRIDAY as the entire school will be eating in their classrooms. The students are also encouraged to leave their backpacks at home that day.

On Thursday, March 2, we will begin transforming the school for the event!  We will start after school and run until we are done. Mark your calendar for this event!! The more help, the quicker we can get it all done!

We did order a limited number of extra shirts to sell the day-off event. If you were not able to order a t-shirt, bring $12 cash the day of the event.
