Introducing a new section so everyone can get to know YOUR PTA Board Members! We are so thankful for their contributions and dedication throughout the year, so we're excited for our RHE families to get to know more about them! 

 We will have our second AR ribbon callout on Tuesday, October 3. Please have your child bring their button if they had already received one from the first callout in September. 

Level 4 shirts are in the works! We will get those passed out as soon as they are ready!

Also, we are aware that lower-level grades are not bringing their iPad home each day. There is a link you can use to take AR tests from any smart phone or device. Your child's log-in will be their FWISD email address and the password is their student ID. Please ask your child's teacher if you need this information.

Mustangs, you really have shown how much spirit you have for our school this past month!   THANK YOU!  We are only $10,000 away from our goal…can we get there?!  YES WE CAN!  Here is how you can support our efforts!

During this last week of fundraising, help us get to our goal by participating in the CASH CLIMB!  We will have the coin bank open in the lobby, you can buy VIP tickets, buy Pony Sponsorships, send in a Venmo donation (@RHPTA), or write a check! Any and all forms of monetary donations will be accepted and any and all amounts will help us reach this final goal! Check on the Walkathon Tracker out front of the school each day to see how close we are to reaching this goal! 

What if we reach this goal??  If we can fill this gap and meet this goal, we will have a special surprise for families and students to help us celebrate!  Mrs. Cotton, we can’t say we didn’t warn you….

The long-awaited day of Walkathon is this week, October 5th!  We are busy preparing all the details to make this a memorable day for our RHE families and will send out more information later this week. Here are some ways you can help us prepare this week!

If you can volunteer your time the morning of Walkathon on October 5th, we would appreciate YOU!  The list of volunteers needed and the sign-up can be found here.  There are times to help beginning that morning at 5:15am for our early risers all the way until after the walk for those that can help stay and clean up!  We won’t be able to pull this event off without your help!

T-Shirt pre-orders are now closed, but we will be selling t-shirts the morning of Walkathon.   We also have a few more opportunities for volunteers to help with Spirit Shop.  Sign up here if you can help on one of the Spirit Shop days next week!

Reservations must be made at least a week in advance.

Reserve your special day now! What a fun way to support your 5th grade families and show the neighborhood your RH spirit!

We are now taking reservations for the month of October and November.

Please email rhstampede@gmail.com to make your reservation. Include the date and address. You will receive an email reply to confirm your reservation (we have 2 sets of signs, so we can make 2 reservations per day). After your reservation is confirmed, you can pay via Venmo, via Membership Toolkit or cash or check. Information will be sent to you regarding payment.

Fort Worth ISD requires an online background check process for all school volunteers. Background checks must be completed every year for volunteers; they do not carry over to the next school year. For those with students in multiple schools, one background check is sufficient, as it covers all of Fort Worth ISD. To complete your mandatory application and background check to volunteer through Fort Worth ISD, please visit:  https://www.fwisd.org/volunteer.
