SUBJECT: RH Pony Post: Week of Oct. 16

A Note from Our Principal

I can’t believe we are moving fast and furious in our 2nd six weeks of school. Some of our students will be taking unit assessments this six weeks to provide insight on student growth and instruction so we can support our babies in the classroom.

Parents, I ask for your support by making sure that your child receives a good night’s rest, so they are prepared to test. Also, please monitor screen time to ensure that they rest peacefully at bedtime. I appreciate your partnership in your child’s education and look forward to seeing everyone this week!

Enjoy the Fall Weather,

Mrs. Cotton

Career Day Volunteers Needed!

Do you want to talk to students about your career including the education/training it took to get there?

Do you know someone in the community who would be an excellent Career Day addition?

Career Day is scheduled for Friday, November 17 and we're looking for volunteers to help teach our students about the different types of careers that exist in the world today. Our goal is to expose students to a wide variety of careers with the hope that their interest will be piqued by one or more of them.

Interested in volunteering? Please fill out this form by November 3.

Questions? Please contact Tracie Harris, RHE School Counselor, at 817-815-1715 or tracie.harris@fwisd.org
